| Sample Eating Plan When I first started out, I bought a fitness magazine and copied a sample food plan from there. Which one? It doesn't matter.... THEY ALL WORK, BUT ONLY IF FOLLOWED!! Most people don't stick to the plan and never see results, so make sure you stick with it. You won't see any results if you don't follow the food plan, and you won't see any results if you eat lots of crap along with it. ![]() Besides all the grueling workouts its takes to takes to stay in shape, the most important part of seeing successful results from all your hard work is eating foods that are probably not as delicious as what you would like to eat. Yes, these foods can be good, but it’s no secret that eating plain (unprocessed foods) is a far cry from having a double pepperoni and cheese pizza with cheesy baked breaksticks on the side, followed by an ice cream sundae. If you think eating plain chicken or tuna doesn't taste as good as a double cheeseburger, you are RIGHT. And it NEVER will taste as great, NEVER!!! It ALL comes down to daily choices, which will it be? all the delicious foods you desire or a body you are happy with? I personally know I can't have both. If it were up to me I would be eating a dozen donuts for breakfast but I am not willing to take the consequences of how doing that would make me look and feel. It couldn’t be more of a daily challenge to make sure you eat only the proper foods for success when we are constantly bombarded by tempting treats everywhere we look. EAT THE BORING FOOD AND HAVE AN EXCITING BODY! The grocery stores are packed with junk, Sam’s Club and Costco are good places to shop but they also happen to be the bulk crappy food headquarters of the universe. Then move on to the workplace for the day. Chances are someone had a birthday or it was someone’s last day or who knows what, and that was cause for a celebration equipped with many baked goods and probably more pizza. It seems like it is wall to wall junk everywhere. Many people throughout the day will offer me some of the foods such as cakes, cookies, and donuts which will make my body look like shit. The most powerful thing I can do to keep my body in shape is use the words, “no thank you”. If I said yes to everyone who offered me crap everyday, I wouldn’t have a prayer at having a lean body and would easily be fat and out of shape. People around me are always going to be eating crap, and offering it to me and that is fine, that will never change and it's not a big deal and they are only trying to be nice. The problem I have is when they don’t accept my polite “no” and keep trying to push it on me. I call these people ”crap pushers” and they probably don’t understand having fitness goals, and that the crap ruins them. I've heard people say they think people offer it because they are jealous and don't want to see you succeed with fitness goals but I think that is nonsense. Most people simply don't know how great the right foods can make your body look and the have never eliminated crap eating long enough to see and feel all the amazing changes. But Crap pushers are annoying because it is hard enough to follow a strict program of eating the plain foods without someone trying to push the crap (I would only be too happy to eat if I could get away with it) down my throat.
